The architectural experts at Fyffe Design drafted this stunning Scandi-style home, filled with generous entertaining areas and family-orientated living spaces to reflect the ambitious young family’s personality and warm, welcoming nature.

A sweeping driveway makes a grand first impression, accompanied by multiple garages and a one-of-a-kind double-storey entry surrounded by tall windows, which will allow light to flush throughout the home. Spotted gum timber softens the stone cladding, ‘Monument’ paint and COLORBOND roof. These aesthetic features are simple yet complementary, achieving the overall Scandinavian look through raw, natural materials.

With so many moments and scales designed within, it was important to keep cohesion and proportion throughout to ensure that the house has a sense of clean lines, and Fyffe Design was more than successful. The dwelling’s double-storey split-level design sits perfectly on the fall of the land, sprawling across a lavish 1000 square metres. These split levels add character to the floor plan, as they clearly define the individual spaces, including six bedrooms each with its own en suite and walk-in robe, plus several living areas with generous ceiling heights for a light and inviting feel.

When creating this awe-inspiring home, Fyffe Design incorporated clever yet subtle design choices to optimise its functionality. The main living areas are positioned on the east side of the building, where the morning sun will filter through each day, warming the house naturally.
