This knockdown rebuild is the wonderful work of Berrell Homes, who have provided the homeowners a forever home replete with generous spaces designed in the timeless Hamptons-inspired style, perfect for entertaining family and friends.

Raked ceilings and Velux skylights fill the open-plan living area with light, reinforcing the sense of space and refreshing features. True to the Hamptons style, the L-shaped kitchen and butler’s pantry are made of white shaker-style cabinetry and a sizeable island bench that showcases quality workmanship. Carefully selected interior finishes take the space to the next level, from the Abbey Provincial Range tapware and integrated dishwasher in the kitchen, to the warm brick-framed fireplace in the lounge room.
