Designed by DTA Architects and built by Castlegate Homes, this house is a testament to Castlegate Homes exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. The client was seeking a contemporary take on the classic French Provincial style to which Castlegate Homes and DTA Architects certainly delivered.

Light and sun-drenched, the home is serviced by and abundance of large steel framed doors and windows throughout the home, amplifying the home’s bright and airy feel. The home’s clean and well thought-out floorplan makes use of all the available space, resulting in a commodious and functional design.

Large open spaces work in harmony with the home’s white walls to strengthen its spacious and free-flowing layout. The ground floor is an entertainer’s delight; entirely open-plan, this level houses the home’s kitchen, living and dining area, which opens out onto the alfresco area – replete with a dining area and a commodious pool that spans the width of the house. Standing at the heart of the home, the kitchen features a commodious island bench facing out towards the lounge, allowing for easy meal preparation and entertaining.

Travelling upstairs, the upper level is continued in the same beautiful style and functionality observable on the lower level. The upper bedrooms are generously sized and greeted with views of luscious greenery that surrounds the home. Fitted with a walk-in shower and double vanity, a large bathroom services the bedrooms.
