37 South Pools teamed up with COS Design’s Steve Taylor to completely reimagine this outdoor space in a way that would match the aesthetic of the new home.

The refurbished concrete swimming pool now forms part of a modern, highly functional outdoor living space. The pool is a stunning focal point of the backyard, and features a bluestone-clad wall with three stainless steel water chutes. The pool’s interior was resurfaced with charcoal ceramic tiles from Coulson Tiles, which reflect a dark-blue tone through the water.

Quality materials and specially selected colours were used throughout the landscaping to complement the home’s interior. Contemporary plants and paving – as well as a frameless-glass pool fence – combine to enhance the visual appeal of the backyard. The outdoor living area can now be enjoyed all year round.

37 South Pools was founded by Sam Collie, who has been working in the Victorian landscaping industry since 2008. Collie also owns and operates the award-winning landscaping construction company, Esjay Landscapes.
