From its exposed geostone aggregate driveway to a steely exterior that exudes strength and industry, the outside of this home impresses just as much as its interior, featuring a cantilevered façade that was engineered for the property through complicated design and material selection.

This alluring entrance makes way for a unique monochrome home that is bathed in natural light, thanks to large windows and glass doors that feature prominently throughout the house. A glass splashback in the kitchen compliments this focus on light and space, something achieved with a keen focus on design and site orientation.

Despite what the its bold industrial colour scheme would suggest, this house is working with rather than against its environment, employing a mix of materials like biowood and microcement and cleverly utilising the natural contour of the land, so its guests step down into the open-plan living area.
