The home’s new, enlarged kitchen is the dream of any socialite, complete with quartz stone benchtops and brilliant deco battening, plentiful storage and matte-black Reece fixtures, all set atop X-bond polished concrete render flooring. A Carrera staircase stands proudly at the heart of the home, effortlessly transporting homeowners into plush upstairs bedrooms. Here, elegant pendant lighting, sweeping balcony views and light-wash floors flood the space with natural light.

An extension was made to house a modern outdoor entertainment area for the homeowners to enjoy with friends and family. Working within the existing yard and pool space, Liberty Building Contractors enhanced the indoor-outdoor flow of the space through sliding glass doors, whose black frames seamlessly complement the other black fixtures – and cosy bar nook – within the spacious dining area.
