This Hamptons-style home designed by Astene Homes is the pinnacle of classic elegance, and has rightfully won the team the 2022 HIA–CSR NSW Region Custom Built Homes $750,000 to $1 Million award. The exterior follows the traditional Hamptons design, allowing the home to have a stoic and powerful presence that commands attention. With a softer touch of greys and whites that juxtapose the straight and strong architecture, the home is a vision of classical luxury.

Upon entering the home, you are met with a square panel design along the walls, which create a seamless transition from outside, and a flow throughout the home. A contrasting colour scheme of black and white emphasises the sleek and powerful presence of the interior of the home.

The kitchen features pristine white shaker cabinetry, a spacious island with a farmhouse sink, and black metal caged overhead lighting fixtures to accentuate the luxurious functionality of the space.
