A HOME THAT AMAZES

KPL Building & Remedial Works turned this home once cramped design into a beautiful open-plan living area with a sizeable pool. To achieve this, the company masterfully executed a substantial renovation, updating the upstairs area with natural wood cabinetry and completely redesigning the downstairs space.

The ground floor was converted into a kitchen, featuring pale grey marbled countertops with white cabinetry and gold fixtures. This all combines to create a space of simplistic luxury. Flowing from the kitchen is the outdoor alfresco area that features a brand new pool. KPL Building & Remedial Works chose to build the pool with concrete and glass mosaic tiling, creating a smooth transition from the natural materials of the home to the naturally designed pool.

Additionally, the new bathroom features white textured concrete walls that juxtapose with the stunning, smooth, blue-grey marbled counter with gold veining. Gold fixtures are utilised to further create flow through the different spaces and reinforce the luxurious style.
