This elegant home by the experts at Ultima Building Group perfectly encapsulates the surrounding environment. With family living in mind, functionality was key to the design, and the clients were incredibly satisfied with the results. The luxury atmosphere is balanced beautifully by the ingenious function-first layout of the home.

Designed to grow with a family, this home allows for privacy in the parent retreat, piano and sitting room, and encourages family living in the open-plan dining and kitchen space. The masterful design of the pool area provides the opportunity for seamless indoor-outdoor living, while the expansive five car garage ensures there is plenty of space for everyone.

Not only functional in the abundance of space provided, but the finer details were also considered – with the laundry located near the bedrooms, the ease of living just got easier.

With attention to detail on full display, Ultima Building Group has showcased the importance of using the right materials and features to elevate a space. The exterior is strong and poised with timber stain fibre cement cladding, colour bond roof sheets and Rockcote render walls. Plaster interior walls, large format floor tiles, brass tapware, a hardwood coffered ceiling and timber herringbone flooring ensure luxurious durability throughout the home. A touch of sophistication is imbued through the acoustic decorative panelling and a moody blue-walled piano room.

The kitchen and butler’s pantry are directly accessible from the garage, emphasising the functionality of this luxurious abode. Additionally, this home features a master suite with a built-in fireplace, expansive walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite with a step-in marble tiled bath overlooking a gorgeous private zen garden. With each bedroom having its own ensuite, the room for growth within the home guarantees a lifetime of living without stress.

Ultima Building Group utilised the length of the property and, in collaboration with SR House of Design for the architectural plans, designed the home in a rectangular shape to capture the stunning westerly views.

To enhance the open-plan functional living, the home features an open pitched ceiling entryway connecting the front to the back and transitioning flawlessly into the pool space. High ceilings throughout the home create a sense of luxury and aid in allowing each room to be filled with natural light and abundant air flow.

Built to be practically self-sufficient, Ultima Building Group installed 32 Solar panels which power the electric boosted hot water system, 20,000L water tanks and R6 insulation throughout, which aids in limited heating and cooling system usage. To promote natural light and ventilation, Low-E glass and double glazed windows are utilised in the design.
