A VINTAGE REVITALISATION

Laverty Constructions has delivered yet another bespoke architectural beauty. A challenging project, the design had to be seamlessly integrated into the existing dwelling. Its sheer size and unique premium finishes showcase the expertise of the Laverty Constructions team.

The outdoor space not only beautifully enhances the natural charm of the home, but it also offers an abundance of entertaining space with a breathtaking view of the vineyard. To accomplish a lavish renovation in an achievable budget, Laverty Constructions used all the existing concrete area located at the rear of the home as a foundation for the newly transformed space.

The construction of this Pavilion Grande, designed by Stratco, allows the client to still be able to enjoy the serenity of the acreage. Featuring modern aspects, such as ambient motorised blinds and surround glass balustrade, the space becomes secluded and luxurious. With an Escea fireplace and Caesarstone mantle, the architectural design softly blends with the surrounding greenery and existing dwelling.
