The award-winning Banksia Residence by Beachstone Homes fuses mid-century with modern coastal design, creating the perfect contemporary setting for Rylock’s signature high-performance windows and doors. All of Rylock’s product solutions were carefully considered for this project, beautifully finished in a ColorbondTM Monument powder-coat and site classification of a Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) 12.5.

The grand entryway features a hinged door (frame-only option), fitted with a large timber door for a bold, natural effect. Bordered by large fixed lites and a double-glazed butt-joint window, the entry hints at the quality to be discovered beyond the threshold.

In the living, rumpus and master bedroom you will find the Commercial Series stacker doors standing at 2.7 metres tall, which feature a rebated sill for a zero-threshold passageway between the inside and the gorgeous outdoor landscape. Showcasing true attention-to-detail and conscious liveability, the Rylock team installed various custom awning windows in the en suite, bathroom and bedrooms that feature the window sash positioned either above or below eye level, reducing visual obstruction of the stunning surrounding landscape.
