This contemporary single-story masterpiece, nestled in the heart of Gables, captures attention with its striking street presence and invites admiration from all who pass by. Designed in collaboration with Great Western Custom Homes, the residence showcases elevated ceilings, an abundance of natural light and sophisticated finishes that set it apart.

The client envisioned a home that was both unique to the area and ideal for family living – and Mistry Designs delivered beyond expectations. From the initial site visit, the design was centered around creating a grand, functional home. It boasts features such as a double garage, walk-in robes, a butler’s pantry and an alfresco area complete with an outdoor kitchen – perfect for entertaining. Sustainable design elements were thoughtfully integrated, including a northern solar aspect, raked ceilings and natural ventilation, ensuring the home remains energy efficient and thermally comfortable year-round. Constructed using brick veneer walls, a metal roof and metal cladding, the home balances aesthetic appeal with cost-effective choices, making a bold statement on the streetscape.

The project was seamlessly managed by the dedicated team at Great Western Custom Homes, with Tushar Koshal and Zalak Shah playing pivotal roles throughout. As both developers and builders, their involvement ensured clarity and quality from start to finish.
