MORE THAN A HOME

The latest project from the team at JEH Constructions is the ultimate family home. The home shines in its details, illuminated by the creative use of mixed materials and rich textures. The client provided a clear brief: design a spacious, practical home where a young family could live, play and celebrate together. The outline was met with creativity, purpose and finesse.

To ensure spaciousness and functionality, the design features an expansive open-plan kitchen with a butler’s pantry. Positioned perfectly for celebrations and entertainment, the deep, covered alfresco area boasts an outdoor kitchen – truly priming the space for summer days and family time. To combat the winter blues, multiple fireplaces and defined sitting zones foster connection, while a generous pool and pool house provide endless fun for kids.

Intelligent consideration of the block’s natural slope allows for a formal entry and office on one level before stepping down into the home’s main hub. Material highlights include hardwood Spotted Gum flooring, James Hardie cladding, GatherCo stone, natural bathroom stone and Milton & King wallpapers. High-end finishes and client-focused design have crafted a warm and inviting atmosphere supremely designed for both purpose and feeling.
