With this being in a residential building, established drainage points and confined spaces made this North Steyne project challenging to work with.

The team got creative with how to best utilise the space, refining this home into a sleek,
minimalist haven. Bespoke cabinetry lines the walls of the apartment, adding storage as well as visual interest across the build. The wooden hue of the custom-made cabinetry creates a grounded, warm feel throughout the space.

The clean marble splashback and benchtop, light colour scheme, and black accents throughout the hardware in the home elevates the kitchen into a modern showstopper. The beautiful seaside backdrop is accentuated through the minimalist finish of this flawless home, turning it into a tranquil oasis
