The main challenge for the builder and designer was to make the home’s detailing stand out. This was overcome using downlights and LED track lights. Large vaulted ceilings, highlight windows, large areas of glass and bi-fold doors were incorporated to link the outdoor areas to the inside of the open-plan home.
