ICHIJO Homes
ICHIJO Homes’ name is derived from the neighbourhood of the Imperial Palace in Kyoto, Japan. In this neighbourhood, Ichijo Avenue is renowned for its premium architectural design and stunning buildings that delighted the Emperor. As a namesake, ICHIJO Homes continues to value its Japanese heritage of workmanship, quality control and attention to detail.
The company’s large, centralised factory in South East Asia allows it to provide a large volume of technicallyadvanced materials and products at an affordable price to clients based all over the world.
ICHIJO Homes, which began more than 35 years ago as a builder of traditional Japanese timber homes, has now successfully grown into a global company with more than 23,000 staff constructing approximately 12,00 homes every year in Japan, the United States and Australia. ICHIJO Homes opened operations in Australia in 2010 and has since secured its place as a quality home builder.
