Felton is an integrated design and construction company, offering a multidisciplinary service, including all facets of architectural design, interior design, cost planning and quality construction management.

The founder and managing director of Felton Construction, Michael Milosevic, has a passion for architectural design and quality construction. It is on these raw foundations that he created Felton in 1979. Identifying the need for a holistic solution, that integrates creative bespoke designs with quality construction, minimizing the expense of fully documented architectural designs and construction cost over run issues that plague the traditional model, of separate architectural and construction companies on one project.

From project conception, Felton offers its clients an experienced design team to help transform their clients’ concepts and ideas into a documented design.
