Responding to the client’s requirement of modern luxuries, Starr Constructions built a spectacular home theatre, gym and steam room, and installed heated flooring throughout the dwelling. The residence is also equipped with a study, guest room, and three bedrooms, each with an en suite.

In order to meet the client’s expectations, the team at Starr Constructions had frequent meetings with the architect, Aspect Designs, at every stage of construction, to ensure the property design and features adhered to the specific requirements.

The original client brief called for a practical, open-plan design that effortlessly integrated indoor and outdoor areas. The spacious kitchen typifies open-plan living with two parallel island benches in a smooth stone finish; one with a deep sink and ample counter space for food preparation, and another with a waterfall edge and four stools for informal dining.

The stunning kitchen offers all contemporary amenities, including a dual wall-mounted oven, sleek, finger-pull cabinetry, and a generous wine fridge and cellar to accommodate the homeowners’ growing collection.

The neutral colour palette contributes to the home’s clean, open feel, while the floor-to-ceiling windows offer abundant natural light to further highlight the abode’s airy feel. Furniture and interior design is kept simple, allowing the dwelling’s modern fixtures to take centre stage.

The residence seamlessly integrates living areas, creating flow between internal and external spaces with bi-fold doors. For the alfresco area, Starr Constructions mirrored the practical design, monochromatic colour scheme, and economic storage of the interior. A free-standing barbecue, dining table and additional cabinetry offer endless entertaining potential throughout all seasons. The outdoor living zone overlooks a luxurious 15-metre lap pool – one of the many standout features of the build.

The solar heated pool is ideal for lap swimming, exercise, leisure, or relaxation with family and friends. With internal lights built into the elevated side below the tiled feature wall, the pool also becomes an alluring water feature in the evening.
