In collaboration with Devine Drafting & Design, Edgecliff Homes has created an impressive four-bedroom home, complete with two bathrooms, a double-car garage, a theatre room, and an alfresco dining space and decking perfect for entertaining guests.

Per the client’s request, the home embodies the casual and relaxed, yet sophisticated aesthetic of a Hamptons design. The unmissable kitchen draws the eye with full shaker style cabinetry, an extraordinary raked ceiling and bright colour palette to maximise natural light.

The kitchen’s unique window splashback is a striking contrast against the monochromatic colour scheme in the kitchen, living and dining areas, offering a raw element to an otherwise modern design. With vast bench space and an array of seating options, these cleverly designed zones are an entertainer’s dream. Large corner stacker doors open onto a spotted gum deck and alfresco space for further hosting potential. The kitchen and living areas feature large square and rectangular windows and downlighting, giving the home a bright, airy and fresh feel – at any time of the day.

Shaker style cabinetry is utilised again in the luxurious bathroom and en suite spaces, establishing cohesion throughout the home.
