Owned and operated by husband-and-wife duo Toby and Elizabeth Searle, Highwater Homes has become well renowned for the design and construction of quality custom residential homes and knockdown rebuilds. Highwater Homes prides itself on not only completing projects on time and to a high standard but providing a building experience that is enjoyable and stress free. As a member of the Housing Industry Association, Highwater Homes has become a multi-award-winning business, winning the 2021 HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards Business Partner of the Year and 2020 HIA NSW Business Partner of the Year. They have also been finalists in many different categories of the HIA awards, spanning from 2017 to 2023.
