Striking and modern, the façade features eaves and thin steel slats, which combine to shield the interior spaces from the harsh summer sun. Extending over a protected courtyard, a scenic entry bridge provides street-level access to the home.

Featuring large format limestone paving and complementary lush tropical landscaping, the courtyard is the ideal space in which to unwind with friends and family. Designed by Elizabeth Hattersley, the home’s interior showcases natural materials such as timber, stone and concrete. Comprising soft creams, light greys and tan shades, the interior colour palette fosters a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open-plan layout is centred by an elevator with stone-clad walls, as well as an open-tread staircase. The staircase is concealed behind a decorative partition wall that features the same steel slats that appear on the façade, which creates a strong sense of visual cohesion.
