Archiview Project 1

For this project, the client sought a space that harmonises modern living with timeless design, finding a balance between subtlety and intricacy. Archiview detailed the space with elegance and personality. Close collaboration with MIKU NSW PTY LTD, Mr Leo Fang and SHG Projects ensured that every aspect of the project aligned with the client’s aspirations and exceeded their expectations.

The finished home consists of five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two multifunctional rooms, a formal kitchen, a butler’s pantry, laundry, dining room, living room, cloak room and a yoga terrace. Through strategic layout design and thoughtful refinement of dimensions, Archiview optimised use of the 210 meters squared space. The end result augments every inch of space, turning challenges into opportunities for design innovation.

Materials such as timber, brick and brass were carefully chosen for their aesthetic appeal and durability, enhancing the space with tactile warmth and textural richness. The project integrates sustainable practices including energy-efficient systems, locally sourced materials, passive design techniques and energy conservation solutions. This is aligned with Archiview’s ongoing commitment to making its designs responsible for more sustainable building environments.
