Avenue One Project 4

This heritage, sandstone workers cottage situated by Lane Cove River is soon to be revitalised with Avenue One’s design, which includes a new internal layout to accommodate a large kitchen, formal living and dining room, plus a generous master suite with a walk-in robe and bathroom overlooking the river.

The two new rear pavilions – designed to seamlessly complement the existing cottage while exuding a clean and contemporary form – will house a double garage plus several more bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas and a guest wing. Through clever design, the unassuming lighter colours will help the two pavilions blend with the existing aged sandstone walls and slate roof, which date back to the previous century.
