The architectural experts at Avenue One re-designed this four-bedroom, three-bathroom semi-detached dwelling to maximise north Bondi’s spectacular city views, while also adding functionality and style.

Avenue One took full advantage of the northern-facing aspect by incorporating outdoor entertaining areas and balconies, which seamlessly stem from bedrooms and living areas through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. These additions are perfect for this seaside location. Further encompassing the spirit of Bondi’s beautiful beaches, a modern and fresh design theme of pale timber and bright whites was selected, giving the home a warm and luxurious feel.
