The Scandi Barn façade has a double height void with a feature pendant light that floods the home with light in the evenings and large picture windows that provide ample natural light in the daytime.

The five-bedroom, two story home features a luxurious main bathroom, which boasts elegant modern design and functionality, an upstairs lounge room and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with magnificent views of the nearby lush green golf course. This property stands out from the crowd with its double gable roof and mix of materials including recycled brick and axon cladding. It has elegant and practical polished concrete floors, and the kitchen features a custom designed curved island bench with decorative STECCAWOOD panelling. Berrell Homes built this unique house using James Hardie axon cladding, Lysaught Kliploc roofing, COLORBOND steel and recycled bricks. The design is minimalist, elegant and perfectly suited to a modern family lifestyle.
