Contemporary Monument and Woodland Grey contrast against the reclaimed brick, adding to its bold and unapologetic appeal. Materials include Austral Bricks San Selmo and Metallix brick ranges, COLORBOND Klip-Lok roofing, Weathertex weather groove cladding, polished concrete flooring, Corinthian Moda barn doors, Pheonix Vivid Slimline tapware and Smeg appliances, all of which complement each other for a refined and stunning finish.

Berrell Homes has aimed for a minimalist interior, with an open-plan living space for multi-functional enjoyment. Sliding barn doors open up into a theatre room for homeowners and guests alike to gather together for wholesome bonding experiences.
