Binet Homes’ beautiful display home is a stunning example of the exceptional skill on offer by the team. This five-bedroom, four-bathroom and four garage family home is full of character and functionality. The home is open to the public Wednesday & Friday from 2pm – 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 11am – 4pm. Designed and built by Binet Homes, this project is cleverly created and generous in size to allow for ease of living and entertaining.

Its eye-catching contemporary façade is only the beginning – the design is chic and light-filled from the moment you enter the home. The first striking architectural element on display has to be the floating timber staircase. By incorporating creative styling pieces such as statement pendant lights and wall art to accompany built-in features such as the bank of skylights, mezzanine floor and lap pool create a chic home packed full of interest.

The centrepiece of the open-plan kitchen is the moody and striking monochrome palette, from the black joinery to the white stone waterfall edge island. With a practical and stylish butler’s pantry, the kitchen connects the family and meal areas, enhancing the open-plan concept. The glass doors to the alfresco can slide into the wall, extending the entertaining areas out onto the landscaped yard and swimming pool.
