The impressive detail of this picture-perfect Hamptons Home has captured the attention of many passers-by. Binet Homes were able to navigate tree restrictions and strict stormwater requirements to deliver the ideal family home for our client, incorporating a swimming pool and landscaping.

Hamptons facades are synonymous with intricate details, which this design has in abundance. White painted timberwork to the porch and balcony sits proudly against the neutral grey render and cladding, providing a contrast of colours and materials.

Throughout the home the floor level mimics the flow of the land, acting as a platform as you step down from the Entry into the Kitchen and Living areas. The quintessential Hamptons kitchen with shaker-style paneling overlooks the entertaining areas. An indoor entertaining area featuring a fireplace and inbuilt joinery leads to the outdoor entertaining area via the flush floor levels. The commercial-grade aluminium bi-fold door enables seamless indoor/outdoor living and views of the showcase swimming pool and water feature.
