This design feat embodies the magnificence of the Alcorn Mews development – a fitting culmination to a series of 13 outstanding builds, the most recent of which earned the title of HIA New South Wales Spec Home of the Year. With that accolade setting the bar high, the challenge was to create a home that would not only meet expectations but surpass them. Drawing on almost 60 years of design and construction expertise, Binet Homes reimagined the ever-popular farmhouse style, delivering a fresh and contemporary interpretation. Positioned at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the home takes on a unique reverse boomerang shape, thoughtfully designed to maximise visual appeal.

Sustainable design principles are seamlessly integrated, including strategic cross-ventilation pathways for natural cooling and a thermally efficient aluminium sliding door system.
