Completed according to the brief, the client wanted an updated home, with new finishes, new windows and a new home feeling to grow old in. The team at Buildcraft Constructions worked closely with the client, architect and interior designer to achieve this incredible build. The open-plan kitchen and living space is a generous size, allowing for ample entertainment. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and a modern and innovative look, with exposure to the waterfront, giving the client stunning views all day long.

It’s the small things that add to this incredible property, from the grand light fixtures to the wood floorboards on the upper levels, to the chic white paint throughout the home. The third level balcony and alfresco area is a focal point and a favourite part of the property. With stunning views of the water, harbour bridge and Sydney CBD, it’s the perfect entertaining and lounging area with plenty of space and beautiful waterfront views. A turntable has been constructed in front of the garage to rotate a vehicle to be ready to leave while facing the right direction.
