Crystele Homes Project 1

For this knockdown-rebuild project, Crystele Homes worked closely with the homeowners to create a bespoke and functional new abode. The company transformed the exterior into a standout on the street, with ledgestone pillars and a glass garage door providing plenty of visual appeal.

Characterised by a blend of open spaces and designated zones, as well as an abundance of natural light, the home was expertly designed for family living. The generous kitchen includes soft-close, touch-to-open cabinetry, and Caesarstone waterfall benchtops for added luxury. The adjoining dining and living area is a warm and inviting communal space, complete with a gas fireplace. For everyday opulence, the bathrooms incorporate frameless showerscreens, wall-mounted vanities, and a striking timber-effect tiled herringbone feature wall.

Further showcasing Crystele Homes’ clever design concepts, the empty roof cavity was turned into a soundproof children’s retreat, while the outdoor area comprises a meals zone with a built-in pizza oven, as well as a pool and cabana, making the space perfect for entertaining guests.

The home was fitted with a range of environmentally friendly products to meet the requirements of the Building Sustainability Index (BASIX), including Velux skylights to maximise natural light, a solar block-out blind in the loft area to assist with heating and cooling, and a 3000L rainwater tank from Rapid Plas.
