For this project, Edgecliff Homes developed its Jade Design to meet the client’s request for a modern abode filled with lavish inclusions. By guiding the homeowners through every step of the process, and providing numerous options for finishes, the company achieved a standout result. The contemporary façade displays a refined street appeal, and alludes to the luxurious design of the interior, which consists of generous open spaces and high-quality features.

Comprising a chef’s kitchen with a butler’s pantry, and a large dining and living area with raked ceilings, the central hub of the home is the perfect place to relax and entertain guests. Underfloor heating and pendant lights above the island bench are sumptuous highlights of the space. The alfresco meals zone can be easily accessed via expansive glass sliding doors, creating a seamless flow between the indoors and outdoors.

To tie the home together visually, Smartstone was used for the kitchen and laundry surfaces, while hardy polyurethane cabinetry and matte black fixtures were carried through to the bathrooms. Attractive floor-to-ceiling marble tiles from Beaumont Tiles also appear in the bathrooms and laundry.

Edgecliff Homes was established more than two years ago by two families – specialising in property development and carpentry respectively – who wanted to unite their expertise and provide a better experience for their customers in the process of building their dream homes. The company completes a range of building projects, including new single- and double-storey homes, dual occupancy dwellings, duplexes, granny flats, multi-dwellings and renovations.
