Edgecliff Homes Project 15
LUXURY UNVEILED
From the street, this house is a showstopper, with the perfect blend of natural design elements and modernity used in this contemporary farmhouse. The symmetry, grand windows and natural tones create a mesmerising façade that is just waiting to be admired. The moment you step through the front door of the home, you notice the intricate detailing throughout. Contrasting beautifully with the airy, light and open living area, the custom dark toned framework, adds depth to the striking interior.
Further adding to the serenity of the space, the striking, 6-metre-tall cathedral ceiling features VELUX skylights, which only elongates the height of the home.
The Intrim skirting and battening seen throughout the home adds texture, tone and visual interest into the space, without overpowering the other design elements. Light hues of wood are seen both inside and outside the home. Used as a visual focal point in areas of interest, the wood adds character to spaces such as the kitchen, staircase and garage. Each element was hand-picked meticulously to produce a one-of-a-kind modern build. The rooms flow seamlessly with style and functionality at the core of this project.
This home continues its innovative design into the man-cave. The retreat features rich, moody navy-blue walls, accented with the warm wooden hues of the bar area. Utilising all the available space to its maximum potential, an additional room was created in the roof trusses. The mezzanine level overlooks the entire space, which features the bowling alley and bar. The home is a masterclass of design, perfectly balancing elegance and function.
Throughout the build, environmental considerations were taken into account, through the use of the TRUECORE steel frame and Weathertex cladding, which both offer design flexibility, sustainability in recycling and longevity.
