Boasting a classy, traditional design with a modern twist, this stunning home by Elite Building Design offers everything the modern family needs; from comfortable living spaces to an outdoor entertainment area, home theatre and points of stylistic interest.

Despite the challenging configuration of the land and slope, the team was able to create a distinguished dwelling that works with, rather than against, this configuration. The property maximises the land space, located on the top of the slope with a significant grassy area in front of the façade. The façade itself is an impressive display of varying yet complementary textures, including the cedar timber door, Boral bricks and feature stonework.

The kitchen is another spectacular sight to be seen, taking up a sizeable section of the open-plan living area. A dynamically designed island bench sits beneath an equally fascinating ceiling, which features hints of timber hidden within a bulkhead. The rest of the kitchen is functional and stylish, with an integrated fridge, ample storage and a window splashback for letting in natural light.

Across from the kitchen is the alluring living area. Elite Building Group ensured this space had north-eastern facing windows to capture plenty of sunlight, helping to reduce electricity and heating costs. Bringing some of the external styling indoors, the stonework makes another appearance around the gas fireplace and TV unit. On either side of this feature are warm timber shelves that highlight the overall design.

The luxurious master suite is all about indulgence, with generous room for a king-sized bed framed by beautiful pendant lights. The plush carpeted area expands to an additional section suitable for a private lounge or vanity. Leading off the master bedroom is the opulent en suite. Golden tapware and handles elevate the already luscious features,

from the floating vanity to the unique his-and-hers sinks, LED mirrors and honeycomb tile feature wall. A bathroom as deluxe as this is only deserving of the walk-in shower and ceiling showerhead.

One of the major appeals of this home is the alfresco, outdoor kitchen, and pool, which was made by Transform Pools and Spas. These three sections combine to create the ultimate entertaining area. The undercover outdoor kitchen consists of a built-in barbecue, cooktop, bench and storage, situated next to the frameless glass pool fencing, while LED lights illuminate the raised landscaping overlooking the pool. Elite Building Design even included a rinse shower for after pool time.
