Tasked with creating the client’s forever home, Glasby Building delivered a two-storey masterpiece overlooking a tranquil lake, finished to perfection with intricate, delicate detail. Maximising space and using only premium materials, the team has raised the bar in contemporary home design.

From a grand balcony perfect for entertaining to a cosy living area where one can unwind by the fire, the home strikes a balance between personal expression and a peaceful retreat. Every area flows effortlessly into the next, creating a functional and cohesive layout that enhances daily living.

Sustainability was also at the forefront of the build, with the team carefully selecting materials such as polished concrete, composite cladding and custom metal finishes. Each element was chosen not only for its durability but also to ensure year-round comfort and energy efficiency, resulting in a home that is both architecturally striking and deeply connected to its natural surroundings.
