Designing and building amid the unpredictable nature of the sea saw the company make use of steel piles to strengthen a challenging ground stratum, while also making use of custom-lourved screens to reduce the impact of strong wind loads, and successfully soften the home’s exterior.

Being extremely environmentally friendly, GREENHILLS ESCAPE includes performance glazing, a photovoltaic system for clean and natural electricity production, and high-level insulation to ensure maximum thermal comfort during the winter months.

Stepping inside this free-flowing home, the open-plan kitchen and dining space is an undeniable focal point of this clever design, complete with a crisp white colour palette, sleek joinery and integrated appliances. The kitchen’s expansive Caesarstone benchtop stuns in ‘Organic White’, while charcoal Porcelain tile flooring makes an impressive impact on the eye.
