A STUNNING HOME TRANSFORMATION

Hyperstruction expertly transformed this home into one of lavish design and functionality. In collaboration with TMK Building Services Pty Ltd, alterations and additions and a pool were added to this home to increase the value and appearance.

Utilising the existing residential dwelling, Hyperstruction dramatically increased the overall appearance and value of the property. Materials such as sandstone, concrete, timber framing, glass panels, timber panelling, tiling, bricks, aluminium windows, aluminium slats and stone were used to increase durability and quality of the existing home.

Hyperstruction masterfully engineered joineries and carefully selected design elements to ensure the additions and alterations seamlessly transition the existing home to the new. The home also has solar panels with batteries to increase its overall sustainability and market value.

Not without its challenges, this project presented an extensive process of excavation to ensure the basement’s sandstone groundwork was sturdy. With the complex extent of groundworks required to complete the basement, the results were a stunning transformation for the entire home. Hyperstruction ensured this step was completed quickly to not delay the building process
