The exterior features a textured stone column contrasting with the glass-panelled wall and custom 1500mm-wide timber pivot door, which all complement the grandeur of the home. The elegance of the exterior is smoothly transitioned into the interior by the high ceilings, glass railings and indoor loft balcony. The bathroom features black marbled flooring and walls in the shower, juxtaposed with the white marbled countertops and splashback. The natural timber cabinetry allows the room to draw in more natural light, which helps brighten and elevate the space.

Additionally, the kitchen features a more simplistic design, with a unique overhead lighting fixture with black detailing and white handle-less cabinetry and countertops. The attention to detail allows this space to exude luxury without the luxurious pricing.
