This luxurious, multilayered project by International Ceramics showcases the natural beauty of Italian porcelain
stoneware.

The main living areas feature large format tiles, allowing the space to have an open and spacious feel. The expansive glass windows provide plenty of natural light, which shines through and highlights the cool tones visible throughout the stone-look porcelain tiles.

The seamless transition from the internal to external area creates a clean and cohesive result, while the slip-resistant porcelain tiles surrounding the pool and outdoor kitchen allows for low-maintenance cleaning and provides peace of mind.

With a focus on including natural elements such as water features, ample airflow and natural sunlight, the architect designed details are evident throughout this brand-new residence. The bathroom’s neutral colour palette allows the modern bathtub, gold-rimmed mirror and brass-coloured tapware to stand out. Matching floor and wall tiles also give the space a feeling of valour and sophistication.
