With intention and functionality at its core, each element throughout the space is more than just a stylistic choice.

Zoning played a large part in defining each area, separating entertainment spaces from the rest of the family home. Durable, high-quality materials are used within the family home, reducing the long-term environmental footprint.

Featuring wide windows and sliding door, this space brings in the afternoon sunlight with ease, which only adds to the open, airy feel of the space. The natural lighting also acts as a sustainable feature, as it reduces the need for artificial lighting during the day.

Striking the perfect balance of refined sophistication and modern edge, this home seamlessly combines the two worlds, with features such as crisp white joinery and an integrated sandstone feature wall.

Oak timber flooring grounds the home, while the ornate chandeliers add an element of classic luxury.
