Perched on top of a stunning sand clifftop and with 180 degree views of the magnificent Pacific Ocean’s calming blues, this striking home was built to impress. Successfully fulfilling the client’s brief, this exemplary home is a masterpiece of architecture and structural design.

This complicated architectural design was created by overlaying six regular and irregular hexagons to create a remarkable floorplan. Braving new territory with this ambitious design, the talented team of builders poured extensive research into new building techniques and materials to produce a spectacular, professional finish; and this superb dwelling serves as a testament to JNDC’s commitment to its clients. For JNDC, perfection is the only option which has been demonstrated by the flawless execution of every aspect of this home.

Looking at the property’s’s front entrance, the eye is immediately drawn to the large and impressive Axolotl -coated front pivot door. Opening out into the Fibonacci spiral staircase, the stunning ocean views are visible before you step foot in the house.

Travelling up the staircase into the home’s spacious open plan kitchen and living area, this grand room seamlessly extends to the residence’s exterior, transporting you to an expansive tiled deck that overlooks Forester’s beach – where the surf breaks around the beautiful, twinkling ocean.

JNDC’s level of commitment to this marvellous project is visible from the ground up. Spanning three floors, the abode’s central grand steel staircase was initially 3D rendered after a scan of the stair-void to allow an engineering firm to construct the bespoke panels off-site. This incredible design was then welded and painted on-site to produce a spectacular timber finish, adding a welcome touch of warmth to contrast the home’s cool white walls. The staircase’s continuous mitred handrail was also custom-made on-site and fitted with LED strip lights throughout to illuminate the home’s unique design and tight angles.

Further demonstrating JNDC’s innovative solutions and scrupulous consideration, the expansive windows also include a custom-made copper sprinkler system to keep the windows free from salt spray and looking crystal clear all year round.

Environmentally conscious and built with the future in mind, this not-so-humble abode is powered by 52 top-of-the-line solar panels that almost completely cover this sprawling property’s roof. Located underneath the garage is a gigantic 10,000 litre water tank that is used to provide the water for the residence’s hydronic floor heating and cooling system. While the home also implements heavy insulation to ensure maximum energy efficiency.
