Showcasing another unique design choice, an aluminium window serves as the splashback, bathing the kitchen in sunlight. It was a custom request to have a separate dining room off the kitchen, which adds to the classic aesthetic of the dwelling and features a dynamic Clipsal chandelier.

The bathroom highlights the most modern aspects of the dwelling, including the sleek freestanding bathtub and matte-black fixtures. Hexagonal tiling in marbled grey forms a feature wall and draws the eye in. The bedrooms are simple and clean, filled with natural light that illuminates the darker furnishings.
