With unique, standout architectural design on the exterior to greet you, this home displays a natural elegance which speaks of comfort and simplicity. The external features recycled brick in the finishes, alongside Weathertex vertical cladding and a woodgrain garage door. Large, oversized windows were an essential component of the design to let in lots of natural light, emphasising the warm colours within the home. The interior palette was achieved using timbers throughout the house for a rustic, natural vibe.

A sophisticated design allowed for a layout that could include all the space the client required. Liberty Building Contractors made maximum use of the street corner block by pushing the build out to the boundaries on all sides. Finally, the columns on the outside were perfectly rendered and finished while Liberty Building Contractor’s own interior designer, Lerica Brito, worked with the client to bring the indoors to life.
