CLEAN HAVEN LIVING

This inviting, open-layout house was constructed by the skilled builders at Malibu Homes in collaboration with Macarthur Drafting Services. Together, the two teams captured the essence of a small-household abode that presents accents of luxury while still maintaining the modest budget set by the homeowners.

Diverse materials and textures were masterfully blended to make this home an eye-catching statement, using San Selmo ‘Limewash’ recycled bricks, acrylic rendered texture and James Hardie axon cladding that make a simple but effective combination on the house’s façade. Malibu Homes has built an unbroken flow that is weaved throughout the kitchen, lounge room and alfresco, tied together through bi-fold doors that cleverly combine and separate the outdoor setting.

Entertaining guests, cooking and swimming in the backyard were some of the activities cherished by the homeowners, and Malibu Homes built areas that consciously considered these individual things. With an excellent floor plan that emphasises style and comfort, there are plenty of spaces to impress and amaze guests, from the stately indoor and outdoor dining areas to the kitchen island and the intimate lounge area.
