This project from MT Design Collective distinctly encapsulates architectural prowess and a formidable design philosophy. The Wyndham project stands out for its seamless blend of luxurious, intelligent design and thoughtful sustainability. Upon entering the space, the dramatic presence of striking features – bold lines, warm textures and an inviting layout – enrapture and delight guests. The Onslow recycled brickwork affords the space a sense of timeless character, while the double slab polished stone flooring anoints the interior with a sleekly modern edge. Skylights and custom orb roofing surpass aesthetics; they maintain the designer’s specific intention to enhance natural light and energy efficiency.

The project was destined to be an eco-conscious, entertainment hub. The client’s wanted an expansive, light-drenched home that balanced areas for enjoyment with a structure for sustainability. They envisioned open plan living and maximised natural ventilation. MT Design Collective took this vision and ran with it. This dream shaped the show-stopping residence – boasting oversized bedrooms, an opulent master suite, a free-flowing central living zone that effortlessly connects with the resort-style outdoor cabana, a heated pool and a built-in barbeque area. In a word – effortless.
