Tucked within a serene pocket of Edgeworth, the latest build from MT Design Collective is more than a residence – it’s a lifestyle statement. With its elevated position and sweeping bushland views, the home commands attention among the charming streetscape. The design celebrates modern Australian living: grand glass doors blur the line between the indoors and outdoors, while the resort-style alfresco area and a luxurious pool offer endless entertaining.

The client’s vision outlined a family sanctuary – defined by spaces that could host lively gatherings yet offer quiet retreats. This vision was met with precision and creativity. The dual-level layout ensures privacy upstairs while keeping communal, downstairs areas vibrant and accessible. The kitchen is the central hub of the home, boasting glossy stone benchtops and high-end appliances, while stacker doors create seamless flow to the alfresco zone.

Given its location, bushfire compliance required thoughtful, proactive planning to ensure the home was built to endure. Sustainability was equally integral to the design, with passive principles and an energy-efficient ducted air-conditioning system woven effortlessly into the home’s fabric.
