LUXURY UNVEILED: AWARD-WINNING RENOVATION WITH STUNNING LAKESIDE VIEWS

This stunning renovation project is an award-winning masterpiece of grand design and thoughtful planning. Top to bottom, this project is unveiled luxury, transforming the original house piece by piece into a custom space that truly brings out the house’s full potential.

The underutilised attic space was reconfigured to create a generous master suite, running from front to back of the house and maximising on the Lake Macquarie views at the front and the outdoor backyard area at the back.

The outdoor entertainment zone ties the whole home together, adding a pool, cabana and an outdoor entertainment zone that blurs the line between indoor and outdoor spaces. Despite tight boundaries, the outdoor space utilises smart positioning and level changes to create clear zoning without making the space feel cramped. Every square metre has been maximised.

All in all, it’s no wonder this home won awards, this project practically speaks for itself.
