The Oppidan Homes team obtained council approval and permits for the clients while the in-house designer designed the home. Complete with a soft interior colour scheme and complementary textures, the home boasts a warm and airy atmosphere, which is perfectly suited to the clients’ tastes. The ground level includes an oversized carport with ample storage space, as well as a guest bedroom with an en suite. Outdoors, a spacious entertaining area overlooks the luxurious in-ground swimming pool and adjoining spa, and provides a modern and inviting space in which to relax or entertain guests. The outdoor area connects to a kitchen and dining area, as well as a formal living area that showcases views of Middle Harbour. The upper level includes a study and four additional bedrooms, as well as spacious balconies. Boasting sweeping views of Middle Harbour, the main bedroom is a sumptuous space that includes a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite, which features a freestanding bathtub, double vanity and a separate toilet.
