AN INNOVATIVE HOME DESIGN

A stunning marvel of innovative design, this project by Probuild Construction Team focused on the inclusion of ample storage areas, natural light and open living spaces. Expertly orientated to take advantage of the available space, the home was designed with functionality and natural flow in mind.

To improve the home’s durability, Probuild Construction Team utilised high-end quality building materials, including brick veneer cut-on-site framework with COLORBOND clip-lock roofing, ALUCOBOND finish, internal and external installation of Caesarstone benchtops and external Travertine tiling, laid in a French pattern.

Insisting on the installation of a 22,500L water tank and the salvage of an existing pool, the need to meet council requirements had to be finely balanced against the client’s brief. By working closely with the design architect, and through custom re-design and implementation of innovative modernisation techniques including pool resurfacing, Probuild Construction Team was able to deliver a spectacular result that surpassed expectations.
