GROUNDED IN DESIGN

Warmth exudes from this carefully constructed home, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout. A palette of natural materials and cosy hues fills the space perfectly, encapsulating the feeling of home.

Textures play a defining role throughout the design with each element thoughtfully selected from the marble cobblestone driveway, custom hand-crafted oak front door and handmade Indonesian curtains and sheers which work together to delicately brighten the space.

Designed in-house and tailored to the homeowner’s lifestyle, the premium design elements create a balance between contemporary elegance and timeless design. Striking cathedral ceilings, oak herringbone flooring and layered natural materials form a cohesive and sophisticated interior.

A rammed earth chimney pairs perfectly with the ADF fireplace, introducing rich tones of bronze and terracotta that anchor the living space with warmth and character. Efficiency was integral to the design, with a fully insulated infill slab with hydronic heating, complemented with double glazing throughout ensuring year-round comfort without compromising on style
